Providing an enabling & secure IT system
As an IT specialist your role is the provision and maintenance of servers, applications and networks that serve to support all manufacturing and financial processes of the company. Responsibilities here include
- Provision, installation, configuration, and ensuring the smooth running of relevant infrastructure
- Provision of appropriate applications
- Partnering with concern centres and service providers
Another section of IT is responsible for handling the framework that allows communication with others within the organisation i.e. Wide Area Networks and Local Area Network. This includes installation and maintenance of electronic mail (Intranet and Internet), data and voice networks and ensuring network security.
Our Customer Services section is involved with the support of system users via an effective service desk.
