We are a law abiding corporate entity and our legal department helps to ensure that we abide by the laws of the land in all our business dealings.
Helping us abide by the rules
In the legal dapartment you will be involved in drafting and vetting agreements for the different functions in the company. You will also be responsible for managing external solicitors and the protection of all Tradesmarks for the company.
You will be expected to manage the administration of our existing properties as well as contributing knowledge resource to the Unilever global legal network.
For the legal department you will need:
- A very good understanding of local laws and environment
- An insightful thought process
- Good judgement
- Strong ability for effective decision making
