Chicken curry soup

Tasty chicken seasoned with Knorr always makes for a good meal for family and guests.

Serves 4

Chicken curry

4 laps of chicken

4 cooking spoonfuls of flour

2 cooking spoonfuls of vegetable oil

6 leaves of spring onions

1 bulb of onion

6 dessert spoonfuls of curry

2 teaspoons of thyme

2 Knorr cubes

Salt to taste

Preparation

1. Cook washed cut chicken laps with onions, curry, thyme, Royco cubes and salt to taste. Cook till meat is tender.

2. Remove skin on the cooked chicken and cut the chicken into small bits before chopping.

3. Sieve flour into a pot and add the 4 dessert spoonfuls of thyme and 2 Knorr cubes. Mix properly.

4. Pour vegetable oil into a pot and add the mixture.

5. MIx the two together thoroughly until it becomes coarse textured and free from lumps.

6. Add water to the mixture until it is watery.

7. Cook the mixture for 5 -8 minutes and stir while cooking to avoid lumps.

8. Add the chopped chichen and spring onions and leave to cook for 10 minutes.

9. Serve soup with rice.
